"Privacy for Enclosed Office 210", "Reduced Distraction for Open Office Area 201", etc. Masking can solve lots of acoustical challenges and knowing what issues you or your client are experiencing, will guide where and what kind of masking devices are recommended.

Which areas require sound masking coverage? Remember, sound masking should be placed above the unintended listener, not above the speaker Let us know the specific areas that have already been identified as needing sound masking, or those that should specifically be left without masking.

Design challenges? "Open ceiling with steel supports 12 feet apart", "The entire plenum is painted red and requires colored emitters", etc. Let us know about any specific areas to avoid or that require special attention due to difficult, expensive, or unique features in the ceiling architecture.

System preference? Direct-field (QtPro) or in-plenum (DynasoundPro) We may override this choice depending on the acoustic conditions but let us know if you have experience with a particular system, or if the specification calls out a specific solution. Or, if you are unsure and would like us to help you decide, we are happy to help.
